Did you pay them through a safe payment method such as PayPal? Also did you place a sample order of 1 or 2? Lastly did you do research on the company and get past experiences from other customers? Because if you answer these questions with a "No" then that's not good. Also why did you suddenly come here to report this when their are more suitable places? Lastly, you don't have much credibility because this is your only post here so are you sure your not a competitor to the company in question? Just some food for though, you know.
