I have a domain, maybe a couple, registered with triple.com and I am unable to access the site. I lost my password but when I try to reset it nothing ever arrives although triple confirms the email is correct. I have emailed support with no reply and have called them from UK to US but get a recorded message asking to leave a message and they will call me back. Nothing has happened and the domain has now expired. What can I do?
Same here... I can't login to my account (SSL auth failed) - I also tried to contact them, also with no response. All I can do is pray that before the domain expires, triple.com support will reply my emails with good advices. My take: Don't register with triple.com as the customer service is NON EXISTENT. Triple folded as a company, They are no longer trading. I was able to resolve my issue however. Will PM you the details. If anyone else has a similar issue, let me know and I will help.
And this is why, when registering a domain, you must always confirm if the company is genuine or not. Most of them are not seen after few years. I am happy that I am here and will be and my customers trust me. But that's a different issue that I am small company.
No response, so far... They are really 'abandon' use, I guess... I've tried to contact the support, etc. but no response whatsoever
