Suggestion Problem posting in this forum, I need help

I really need help because I'm trying to post in the marketplace area some new threads and the system doesn't let me do that.
I can post anywhere on the site except the marketplace, buy and sell.

I'm trying to understand why I can't and I can't find the reason.
I did contact the webmaster of this forum and it seem that he doesn't understand me.

Did this ever happen to anyone here that can help me?
Do I need to have a minimum posts before I post on this section?

So I need to have a minimum of 25 posts in the buy and sell first? I can not post there at all.
I read all the guidelins, I just want to know if I'm missing something.
Maybe I need minimum posts somewhere?

Yes,You must have at least 25 posts(Not 25 posts in B/S/T)..

 

And be a member for at least 14 days.
