Problem - Please Help

    I am having a Template Issue and getting a smarty error on the Submission page. I don't want to loose any changes. Can someone please guide me on some safe steps to remove it, without causing too much trouble.

    1. quick question did you upload the proper version
    2. Make sure all files are uploaded.
    3. replace the template files with the default one from the zip and see if error continues.
    4. contact the template developer.

    I downloaded the File and uploaded as was told. Can anyone do it for me? I have the Zip archive and all on the server.
