Problem opening adsense account for other sites and not just for youtube

i am trying to open my adsense account for other sites and not just the adsense for youtube
i tried with this domain http://www.ophthalmologynotes.tk/
but i got this message
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it.

i tried at many times but still same message!

It might be due to the domain extension (.tk).
have you tried with any other .com url?

 

I smell something fishy. I don't think you are telling us the full story.
You already have an adsense account via YT and that site has been rejected before.

 

Why would i hid anything!!
I tried opening an adsense account using this site then i got rejected so i tried opening an adsense account through a youtube channel and tried to add this site ophthlmologynotes.blogspot.com to the adsense then you dais it has to be a TLD thats why i registered a .tk domain, parked it on my blogspot, trying to register an adsense with it!

 

And actually i got another adsense rejection today saying insufficient content!

 

use premium domain like .com, .org or .net for adsense and add unique content in your sites with proper about us, privacy policy pages.

 

Can you please show us in the guidelines where those are requirements?

 

to many things which is not written in google guideline. but still its works. so its like tricks

 

So then, how do you explain all the sites that get approved every day who do not have top level domains, privacy and about pages?
You are just making that up and quite clueless about adsense.
