There are two ways to upload funds to moneybookers.

    1. Through credit card usually charges %1 per transaction.
    2. Through Wire transfer meaning you have to go to your bank and ask them to send money from your bank account to moneybookers bank account. Just visit the Upload Funds tab for more details.

Yes, you can transfer from any bank where you have account. You should also be able to do that using online bank, so there really is no need to "go to your bank and ask them to send money from your bank account to moneybookers bank account"

If you will using moneybookers for business, better if you fully verified your accounts.
Verify your bank accounts (transfer fund to MB from your accounts), confirmed address (request letter from MB), and is possible you need upload your ID card and utility bill.

That may help you if you received fund from sloten accounts.

Not like paypal (will restored after send documents).
Many people have bad experience with MB. Had their account locked forever.
If many people think MB better like PP, for me, MB is suck then PP. :)

Wire Transfer in other parts of the world may be known as Telegraphic Transfers or SWIFT.

Better to use CC as it is instant and easy way to do it. Not all banks will support sending wire transfer but if you have your account in any of the Main banks, you are good to go. Just to the bank and ask them about it.

If you are still having troubles, catch me on IM and I will help you out :)
Send me a PM with your MSN/YIM ID.. :)

If you have a plan to withdrawal larges amount to your local bank.
You need to add fund MB account via wire transfer.

I have experience about that. I have 3 card on my MB and has verify all of my card.
But I can't withdraw my fund ($500). And need to add fund via wire transfer to verify my MB :).
After I do it, I can withdrawal all of my fund to my local bank.

First you have to find out from your local bank, how much it cost to send a wire transfer to a bank in the UK.

Dude, I am Karachi and I am using MoneyBookers.
You need a foreign currency account to do wire transfers or telegraphic transfer.
Minimum amount required to open foreign currency account varies from $500 to $25,000 from BANK to BANK. so you might need to contact different banks and ask their minimum amount required.

Yes, You'll need a foreign currency account. No bank would wire transfer if you have Pak Rs account. Bank Al Habib requires $500 to open a US$ account so you might try it.

It will be safe in your bank account, you can't lose it. You can withdraw it anytime but if your amount becomes less than 500$, it will subject to higher bank charges every month.

So far as I know, banks need to follow local banks to protect their customers and I seriously doubt they will steal your money or anything. What you put in will remain in there unless you withdraw it or use it to pay some bills.
