Hello, I am from India and own an Axis bank debit card. I had to verify my PayPal account to lift the withdrawal amount limitations. I have given several tries linking my debit card. But, every time a message displays " your card has been declined by the card issuer, please contact your bank." I have contacted the bank as well as the PayPal, but neither of them has given me a satisfactory reply. Can anyone please help me solving this problem? Thanx.
Due to so much fraudulent going on over the internet, I do not prefer to use credit card. Is there any other way to do the same? Thanks for telling me about the SBI Yuva debit card, I didn't know about that previously.
Kotak mahindra, icici n hdfc provding vcc n don know abt axis And from these bank its a free service and one time use cards with some amount of money 100 rs and when u get verify u get 2$ aprox in ur paypal if ur vcc contains 100 rs thanx
you should get yourself one of those prepaid credit cards. paypal now accepts a lot of them for verification and you can sign up from anywhere in the world.
