    Hi,

This is my first install of VBulletin and it failed when I ran install.php.

    The message was:

Warning: main(/home/myfolder/public_html/mydomain/forums/includes/class_core.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/myfolder/public_html/mydomain/forums/install/init.php on line 40

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/myfolder/public_html/mydomain/forums/includes/class_core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/myfolder/public_html/mydomain/forums/install/init.php on line 40

    Help appreciated...

So install.php didn't run? It might be that you are missing some files...go to your member area and redownload a new one....and make sure you upload all files to the right categories...and make sure you edit the config.php before running install.

As AnaB said, you have files missing.

Yeh... Thanks for the response. FTP must have bombed half way through.
