Problem inserting affiliate code

I'm trying to insert an affiliate code into a post that will allow a flash / swf banner to be displayed. I have attempted to input the code directly via both the "visual" and "html" methods and also attempted to wrap it in <p> </p> but it just seems to spit half of the code back out onto the page.

You can see the code that is spat back out at: http://www.tipsvault.com/test

The code works fine when I paste it straight into a text widget on the homepage and i'm a little confused as to why this wont work in a 'post'.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I've inserted the code working fine into a text widget on the sidebar for comparison if this helps anyone figure out the problem.

    Thanks

paste your code in HTML tab not in design tab. I think if you paste your affiliate code in html tab then it works properly. I have face these types of problem in my own sites but i can manage.

Sometimes with flash code, once you paste it in HTML mode, you CAN'T switch back and forth between HTML and Visual or else it will break the code.
Once you place the code, save the post. If you need to make changes, hopefully the post will stay in HTML mode, and you will need to do them in HTML.

You will not be able to see flash code working inside of the post editor.

Did you figure this out yet? Can you flip us the code and how you're doing it so we can have a clearer picture?
