I'm having trouble getting a specific page indexed in Google. I've been pretty good with getting specific SEO pages indexed, so this was perplexing. I just noticed that Google had indexed the page, but with different case. ie. Sample-Page.html, rather than sample-page.html. How do I let Google know that Sample-Page.html is really sample-page.html. My push is behind getting sample-page.html ranked. TIA.
