    very sad have u contacted the pp via their site contact form ?

    recently i contacted for withdraw limit messing ( it showing 0$ limit where it supposed to be 500$ )

    now it fixed for me :)

    it was some bug i think it keep showing 0$ limit for me for bank withdraw

    after contacting twice it fixed :D

    Even i face same problem but luckily my transaction got reversed and my amount got credited back to my PAYPAL account. Now initiating another withdrawal request lets see if this time it gets transferred to my ICICI bank or not.
