Hi mates, I had added my bank account on 4th of this month , at present the status of verification is still pending because ? well I can't see any deposits from paypal in my bank account upto now . here is the message status from my paypal account In 4-6 business days, check your bank account: State Bank of India x-1234. You should see 2 deposits from PayPal on 6 March 2010. Then, go to your PayPal account and enter the amounts to complete the verification process. After you've confirmed your bank account, your Sending and Withdrawal limits will be removed.
Well, don't worry about it. Sometime it takes some time. So you should get it by tomorrow or on Wednesday.
even i have added my bank account(axis) on 2nd. received the amount also.... but the problem is mt card is not accepting its a visa debit card. so do u know how to add money and how to add my card

It is just took 4 hours the two deposits were made to my Bank Account from Paypal and I verified my Paypal account very easily today. But in your case ,the problem may be due to the recent Paypal Bank transfer tussle with RBI. Hope you would receive credit to your Bank Account soon.
i too have that problem in confirming my bank account. But in my case instead on crediting 2 small amounts in my bank account paypal has debited 2 small amounts. I was shocked. i have sent a mail to them twice. Lets see wat they are going to reply. i will share here after the reply from paypal
PP cannot debit any amount from your bank a/c without your approval. And not just PP, it is true for all other individuals or entities. Indian law in this respect is very strong. If you r really sure of such a happening, you should lodge a formal complaint with your bank. But in case, you have tried to attach DC then thats a different thing altogether. Then you will be debitted. But PP cannot do so.
No, What i said is true. Here the proof. I have attached my Online Bank Statement. The Transaction made by paypal is in the red box I sent a mail along with this picture to paypal customer care. They said sorry for what happened before and they will again send me the Random deposits. So i am waiting for the amount to get deposited in my bank account.
this is absolutely incredible but true.. you can ask ur banker to clarify that how cud they allow an external entity to debit from ur bank a/c? might be the transaction is for INR 1 but that doesnot limit the seriousness of the tranaction.
I also have added my new bank ac to my paypal and proceed for verify via bank ac, and got two small amount in my bank and when i added those to my paypal its verified now, may be in ur case it will take some time.
Good thing for you right..you will be getting 1 rs twice and now double time.. Might have some technical problem. I just got verified today morning and it was no problem whatsoever with me.
