problem in running asp.net application

    When I am running my asp.net application it is giving following error.

    Unable to start debugging on the web server debugging failed because integrated windows authentication is not enabled.


    Please help me to sort out this problem. I am very new user so I have not much knowledge. Please give me detail in such a way that I can understand.
