problem in receiving mailwith attachment

    in my website there is a form for sending mail attachment.. i am receiving the attachment in my mail . but the problem is that in my mail am receiving one more attachment of size 210 B and name AT00001 along with the original one , i dont know from where it is coming . the code is given below, is there any problem with the code?
