The problem is you do not live in a country where they can rip you off yet. Do not worry they will one day come to your country as well one day and glady rob you like they do everyone else!

Check if your credit card is an International Credit Card and not the one for use only in India and Nepal.

On the card, at the front or at the back, does it show the word 'For Use in India and Nepal' anywhere on the card ? Is this a American Express, VISA or Mastercard ?

The CVV code is actually 3 digits. Make sure that your name, address and phone number are exactly in your credit card statement. If it fails, check with your bank, some banks are conservative and may restrict your first international orders which is out of your norm.

if your card dont have india or nepal or travel card then it should have international writen somewhere.... and also enter the CVV correctly along with the correct address and name... and if paypal accept your card then it will take Rs. 87 from your card and send a 4 digit paypal number which you will get with the next month bill.... the 4 digit number will be printed next to the paypal amount on that bill...
