Next Time I put again my HD to that computer to retrieve the info but it didn't show any drive. Now it only show that USB device is pluged in but do not show any drive. I tried many ways to recover it but failed every time.

Just try to contact the customer service if you are within the warranty period. They will replace it for free of cost.

Try installing your hdd to a working enclosure. but Looks like your drive is failing.
It is common to all usb drives.

    And..
Mirror/image it NOW if there's anything on it that you want.
    Try it in another computer.
    Try another USB cable.
    Run scan disk/SpinRite on it.

wrap your disk up in a anti-static bag tightly and stick it in the freezer for 30 minutes. take it out, and try plugging it in - you should be able to access the data for awhile, if not, try something else - it's worth a shot.

In addition to the grest suggestions others have given, I suggest you try the following:
    1. Attach it to a computer using a SATA/IDE to USB cable and run Pandora Recovery and/or Recuva on it. You can also try using Pandora Drive Back Up Express on it to see if you can recover your data.
    2. You can also try using a Live CD. Download Ubuntu from www.ubuntu.com and burn the ISO to CD. Then(with the bad hard drive in the computer), boot from CD. The CD will enable you to access your Windows partition which will enable you to be able to copy your data of it to another storage device. All the best!

It seems like your external hard disk is encountering connectivity or data corruption problems. To retrieve your data and recover your hard disk, you can try several steps. Firstly, ensure that the USB ports and cables are working correctly by testing them with other devices. If the problem persists, attempt to access the hard disk using a different computer or operating system.
If it still doesn't show up, you might have to use data recovery professional software for windows to scan and recover the files from the disk. These programs can often retrieve data even from corrupted or inaccessible drives. However, if the drive has physical damage, you may need to consult a professional data recovery service for further assistance.
