When I post my blog's link on facebook or any other social website, it doesn't show the actual data in meta text which I want it to display, instead it display the meta text of the latest post. Any help from experts?

    Regards

Could you please elaborate on this and give us an example? Which "actual data in meta text" do you want to display and what is "the meta text of the latest post"?

For example, when I share my blog, I want "ABC" to be displayed as its meta text, but instead it displays "XYZ" ("XYZ" is the meta text of a specific post). Hope you get it..

I get that, but I am not sure what is that "meta text" of yours. Is that a meta description of a page? Or meta information about the current post (date, categories, ...)? Or something else? A screenshot of a shared link on Facebook and your blog post with the "meta text" highlighted on both might be helpful.

In this image, you'll see the text "It was on my fifth.....end of your arm" which has been taken by a post. I want just a specific text should be visible here.

Then use the classic <meta name="description" content=""> tag (you can set a specific description for each post via the WP editor). That should work.

Go to your General Settings and remove any description or tag line. Also make sure that you don't have any tagline in the theme's settings, if there any.

Be sure that you are using your SEO plug in to optimize EVERY post.
I still use All in One SEO and have never had a problem with the way Facebook reads it.
