I use internet explorer v6. From last 24 hours I have facing one problem, whenever i try to open any webpage by typing its url, it opens one other page.

like it doesnot matter i type in address bar xx.com or yy.com or zz.com

    it will open always abc.com

I even tried to look for viruses using nortan, but did not find anything.
I dont have much idea but i feel that all the pages are getting redirected to abc.com

Any help regarding this will be appreciated

Nortan sucks and IE sucks even more. Try to use Firefox or Opera as a Browser and you wont have any problems anymore. If you still want to stick to IE update to IE 7 it is a little better.
And to get rid of such stuff in your browser you should use tools like adaware, spybot search & destroy, avg antispyware, etc...

Norton is not very good at finding such stuff....

I deleted all the cookies but problem remained as is.
I even updated it to IE version 7, but still the problem is there

Look at Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs what was recently installed.
Usualy you will notice something new

Also, use Firefox instead of IE ( whatever number it is )

You probably have spyware on your computer.
Download spy and destroy anti spyware and do a full scan.
