I am having problems in getting a few .info domains indexed recently. It seems that whatever I do, I cannot get then indexed. Using archive.org, I found that these domains had in fact been owned before. I strongly suspect that they had been banned by Google previously and that is why the owners did not renew them. In fact, the domain names were quite generic so that I was surprised to have been able to register them in the first place. I wonder if anyone else has seen this problem and were able to overcome it. I don't want to submit a reinclusion request because they are not up to standard at the moment.
I have a handful of .info domains, and they're all indexed. However, I do think that .info domains are looked down upon in general, and maybe the Google folks share this disdain and put them at the back of the line when it comes to indexing sites. You could just be a victim of the mentality that says .info domains are guilty (of spamming, malware, poor quality, whatever) until proven innocent. I exaggerate, but I do wonder if something like that might be at play here.
Hi, I think the only helpful channel might be building direct back links to your domains and new pages for indexing purpose at this moment. all the best,
