I have a website with verification error. I can't verify this site through google webmaster tool. I tried both Meta tag and html file upload verification, but still there is some error. Even I shifted this site 2 servers, I can't verify. I'm sure that, all things meta and everything ok with site. Anyone else facing the same problem here? Well, in the image the Site URL is set to http://www with the domain missing. Is it possible you are entering this incorrectly? Sorry if that sounds obvious. Other than that, I am not sure. I have not experienced this before.
The outcome says there was an error with your domain. Are you having problems with your hosting? Can you visit the site normally? I once had an issue with verification and it was because of .htaccess redirects. Do you have any of those?
I would also suggest posting in the webmaster central forums (http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Webmasters?hl=en). I don't have live links yet, please leave me a positive rating. Anyway, they would probably know best. You should try to narrow your problem down a bit first.

There is an error in your domain name. So we can suggest you some thing by seeing your domain name. Make sure that the meta tag properly inserted.
If you are using the Robots Meta plugin, you only have the copy and paste the number letter code only nothing else.
I think if you could access your own domain normally, Google might have no problem in doing so. So, I think it might be some problems with your DNS. all the best,
