Problem in Creating Yahoo Searc Marketing Account, pls help

    i want to create a new Yahoo PPC account to target USA only.
    But when i signup for that and "Select the Market" as USA. then there is no option to proceed ahead. just found a error (called option) to setup account on Microsoft adcenter.

    Can't we run Yahoo PPC on USA market?
    If yes then why the option to setup further is not there?

    Please help me fast.
