Problem in Blogger after splitting Header in Two Sections!

    I recently divided the header section of my blog in two parts but i am having have issue with some padding at the top when in second header so i was forced to place second header in logo place and so i want to know how can i remove margins/padding when placing 2nd header at the right place.
