Problem in Adding IFSC

    i am having problem to add bank IFSC.

    there should be 11 number for the IFSC.
    But in my booklet i have just 10 :eek:

    its like this - SCBXXXX-XXX

    and when i check the IFSC code for standard chartered ... through RBI

    The Code is Different :confused:

    which should i use of IFSC .

    No, there must be eleven digits for every banks IFSC, as well as SCB too. there is a modification IFSC Code Change effective January 1, 2009. if you specify UR your branch, I can give.

    Call your bank and ask the correct code from them !
    Because if you put a wrong code your withdrawal will get reversed !
