I am from Singapore. I am using a email which is provided by my ISP. Last month I changed my ISP and the email address provided by old ISP is no more accessible. I added another email address in paypal and verified it. I changed the paypal payment email address to my new email address. But I forgot to change one publisher who pays thru paypal and he send the money to old email address. Before he sends the money I removed my old email address from my paypal account. I requested the publisher to cancel the payment and revert back to my account but he refuses to do it. Is there any other way to get the payment? Anybody can help me? Thanks in advance.

actually the payment was sent back to the sender since its no longer listed on paypal.... but the reason publisher refuse do it is again is because they dont have time for your mistakes.... so forget it the payment if they refuse to resent the payment... its your fault not theres.... beside they cant reverse the payment because the payment might have already sent back to there account automatically which they may have not notice because they pay in mass pay system....
