problem - i cannot remove redirects in cpanel Just i have successfully moved my sites to new hosting. i restored everything including add ons via restore full backup option. But my previous hoster redirected all my domains suspended page. Now i cannot remove them in new host panel. Several times,i tried to remove,but it still reappears. Any idea friends?.
After you change your dns settings to point to the new host, it can take up to 48 hours (usually less) for the new dns settings to propagate. Once that happens, your old host settings will have nothing to do with your new hosting.
If you have just changed the nameservers then there might be a propagation issue bu if you have taken the full backup when your site were suspended then probably the redirect rule should be in .htaccess. Check your .htaccess file and remove line if you find any. Kailash
