I have never came across this before when i edit the footer of a theme this comes up:

"This theme is released under creative commons license, all links in the footer should remain intact"

How do I jail break that? it takes over my site when I take out the footer inks. i will figure it out one way or the other but I was hoping someone here has deal t with it.

Ok got it!! it's in the header and in functions you have to take out the encrypted php in both (two places on each) then delete the header check on functions.php (around line 14 AFTER you take out the encoded php code).

    Mwhahahaha :)
