Problem creating new thread

    Hi all, i'm trying to create a new thread in contests. I have searched the FAQ but can't see why it won't let me.

    The box on the bottom of the page says I may NOT create new threads but I can do all the rest.

    I've been a DPer for almost 12 months and have received no infractions that I can tell. Any ideas why it won't let me?
