I am searching for Restaurants (FRANCE) at google.com, it showing me the results: Results 1-10 of about 1,513,032 for restaurants near France Search URL: http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&pwst=1&resnum=0&q=france+restaurants&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wl But when i am goin through with result results.... It stucked at 990 only. I keep on saying NEXT; but its not showing me any further results.... WHY SO..... What i feel GOOGLE is preventing its database, and traping the IP. May be they are only showing 1000 results per IP. I dont know about that. There are just guess only. What i am looking is: To get the solution of the problem so that i can see further results as well. Thanks in advance. Shadab
May be.... But not possible. As the difference is too huge... 1,513,032 for restaurants near France And showing only 990.. no possible.
Don't worry too much. Although I can't give you a very good explanation, I can assure you that this situation has existed for years. Try browsing page-by-page into the depths of any large volume Google search query, and you won't be able to see all the supposed results. As you navigate through results, sooner or later the pagination at the bottom just stops giving you further "Next" and X(page number) links. Perhaps it has to do with anti-automated-spider measures or just to save system resources... perhaps it is just how they're treating similar content or supplementals, but whatever the reason, those "results" are essentially useless and unused.
I understand, but i am trying to build a database and i need those further results. And i looking for the solution for the same. Any body can help ????
This is the same for (every) keyword? I search for a big keyword, produces close to 7million results on Google.co.uk, yet it only lets you view the first 1000 results. Regardless what the keyword, Google will show only the first 1000 results as far as my quick tests went.
I don't know but for some reason google limits us to view upto 1000 results after that it doesn't let you go further.
