Problem after changing host

Hello. I'm experience some problems after moving from one host to another.
My users are complaining that they can't access the new site, they somehow access the old server instead. I've checked the DNS, they are correctly set.
The ones from the old host said that they've erased my site from their host, and what the users are accessing is the catch from their browsers. I've ask one "problematic" user to clear the catch from it's IE, and after that the site worked fine, but after closing the window... the problem reappeard. He installed chrome and now it's working for him, but I'm not pleased with just one user happy.

How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

if DNS and everything is setup properly and user getting history pages, than its more of your script issue, which you might need discuss with a programmer to enhance script

It still sounds like you have DNS issues. Plug your site in here:

If everything on the DNS end of things are working and you are personally accessing the new server, then there is no problem to speak of. How long ago did you make this DNS change? Have you allowed proper time for propagation?

You could tell them to clear their cache/temporary internet files, and you could also tell them to clear their DNS resolver cache (Google search will tell you how), this way it'll hopefully resolve to the new server. However the ISP sometimes keeps a cache of DNS queries as well, and at that point there's nothing you could really do but wait.

I've waited more than 3 weeks, so the propagation is not the issue, I guess.

Wait.. how long? Could I speak to the ISP? What should I ask them to do?

Tell your client to change the i.p. if they using custom nameserver and please wait for around 24 hour after setting to it.
