Problem after adding phone number to second twitter account

I added a phone number to a new second twitter account, but recieved a message from twitter that I can no longer perform SMS commands and receive SMS notifications on my original account, because only the account most recently linked to this phone number will have these features.
The phone number was removed from the second account, but notifications are still disabled.
Does anyone know how to get it back again?

 

Twitter authority sem to like you as a spamming. You have to try a new ones.
