Problem Accessing Websites Via Bing

    I have this old laptop using XP Windows. After fixing the missing or corrupt Windows System 32 problem with Hiren's Boot CD, it was up and running.

    Now when I tried accessing websites using Internet Explorer, via Bing, I encounter Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked problem.

    In short, I cannot access any website now. I can only access msm.com.

    How do I solve this issue?
