problem about a new ad unit

    there is an ad unit on top of the page,in a blue square with 3 links. this type of ads unit strange to me. there is no option to create this in my account. some one please tell me more details about this!

    noting need to do special, this format is available for all publishers now and it works automatically. just create ad unit of 728x90 it will looks like that.
