    So, what is a coded template?

    I know people make .psd templates to sell, but what exactly is a coded template? what about my graphics portfolio(? Is that a coded template? If not, what is?

    (yes I know I'm an idiot...)

    Coded templates means that the designer takes the image file and cuts it up, making it into a usable HTML/CSS file.
