do refunds count towards the necessary 5 credit card sales?

and also, can my account go into negative because the customer has 60 days to refund the purchase can clickbank pay me and then the customer refunds and i have a minus bank balance?

    cheers

As far as I know refunds don't count towards the number of sales you made.

If you don't receive a sale within 90 days (I think, so), Clickbank starts to take some little monthly fees from your total balance.

If a sale isn't made in 90 days from one account, and sales are shown after, say 120 days or so, are fees taken monthly or just for that one 90 day period of inactivity?.

Clickbank always holds back a percentage of every sale towards refunds.
