Prob in axis bank cc card?

Hello,

Today, I got a cc card from axis bank, When I attached to my pay pal account the follow error occurs,

This credit card has been refused by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your credit card issuer's Customer Service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

First you have to activate your "Credit Card" by calling "Customer Care Centre". It take upto 24 hours to get activated. And then you can try to add your CC.

Hello, I got the same error, after received conform code from pay pal!!! Have any DP member, who have a cc card and also suffering same prob?

 

Did you called Axis bank customer care that your credit card is active or not?

 

Yes, they told me that your card is now activate!!

 

So from Bank side the card is active and so now I think you should ask to Paypal whats problem and why they are giving an error as the Card is active
