Here is what I'm looking for:

1. Professional design studios/companies/singles focusing on site designs
2. Long time in business, more then 2 years
3. Have rich portfolio (5+ designs)
4. Available for communication
5. Can work on $200 - $300 budget

What I'm not looking for:

1. Freelancers without reputation
2. No rich portfolio or no portfolio at all
3. Less then 2 years in business
4. Designers who work for $50
5. Designers who doesn't focus or good at website designs


Payment terms:

1. PayPal
2. 50% upfront

A. You will find freelancers here since they are a majority of the DP designing quota and rarely will you see any design company or studio (most of which are usually one person claiming to be many).

B. No details as to what it is the designer will be doing.

C. If you are looking for quality design studios, then at the price you are willing to pay, you can definitely find designs from the websites you mentioned above.

D. Things like "If i didn't replied you" and "Designers who doesn't focus" are not even proper grammar and therefore indicate that you have little sense of professionalism. If you want to work with professionals, you must act and speak like them.

E. A Rich portfolio is usually a little bigger than just "5+"
