Requirements: - The design needs to be 100% unique. - Designer must be creative. - Designer must follow the guidelines set by me. - Design must be unique, professional and anime based. - Designer must be able to be contacted on IM regularly. - Designer MUST have a portfolio. - Any experience with Anime designing is a bonus. - Examples of anime sites with good design - zomganime.com, animetake.com, watchanimeon.com, animeseason.com. BUDGET: The site is based on audiences of age 14 and above. So, the design must have good graphics and must be user friendly. $100-125 for design only. Negotiable for skilled designers.
