I know 3 letters are rare but is pro.com even worth $495 undeveloped.

Say my developing skills are no good and I just buy it. Then 1 year I decide to get rid of it. Just the name worth much.

They are selling xn--pr-kbc.com, not pro.com. They use some type of software to change the original domain to look like pro.com when it is typed in the browser I think.

Ya, but if it was pro.com and I paid 500 and 5 years later I just added a few zeros. 500,000. Then I don't have to develope it. If undeveloped sites however never do anygood then I'll have to substract a few zeros 5.
