For first time customers, here's the distribution process so as to avoid confusion.

1) You sign up for an account here: http://www.fastsubmitarticles.com/register.asp
Please sign up with a valid email account, as you'll receive email confirmations.

2) Buy credits with paypal, and credits will be added automatically to your account.

3) If writing is involved, send us the required info from your a/c as well.

4) We'll submit articles into your account. If no writing is involved, you can submit your own articles immediately.
At this stage, all articles appear under "Pending Articles"

5) If you allow us to write for you, you'll receive email confirmation to once we submit the articles into your account.
You'll then need to login to approve them. If you only order distribution, you have to wait until we approve them.
Once approved, all articles will be queued for distribution. Being in the queue doesn't mean distribution has began.
You can see approved articles under "Approved Articles" in your dashboard.

6) Once we finished distributing your article, you will receive email confirmation.
The articles now appear under "Distributed Articles", and your order has been fulfilled.

Quick Update on Technical Issue:

PayPal is having some delays as they are undergoing some maintenance.

So if you paid from the site, and your credits have not showed up, don't worry.
They'll be added in due course once Paypal clear their back log.
