if you happen to browse the results, you will notice that there are only 56 urls that are shown in google index holding the article.

As for yahoo, everyone knows and uses yahoo as a benchmark for links. Yahoo indexes links within 2-3 months at most. Google is the one taking longer as a matter of fact.

Bottom line is this is obviously nothing as advertised. People are happy because they see your fancy platform and fast service, however they don't pay any attention to the actual results which they are getting.

You should be banned for misleading people to buy your services....

for everyone's information, I asked this person to give me a detailed report to where exactly my articles were submitted.

The other articles are all indexed nicely. Only yours got problem. I think you scrape other people's articles and submit through our system. That's why Google and Yahoo Penalize you. Either that, or you use an article title that's too generic, hence search engines got problem indexing your article.
