    Daily / Monthly Unique Visitors to the site: N/A, its not on my server (yet).
    Does the site generate income? If so, the amount it has made: No, but you can easily by incorporating advertisements onto the website.
    Is the content of the site unique? Yes; the script is a unique script and NO other website has it.
    What is the monthly cost of running the site? Just your hosting fee.
    Reason for selling? Need money, but I'm in no rush to sell this baby.
    Will you help transfer the site to the new owner? Yes, absolutely.
    Does the site have a member/customer base, or a forum? If so, how many members? No...site is for public use.
    What does this site sale include? Everything as shown: domain name, unique script, site files.
    Asking price for the site: I am only accepting offers in the amounts of $100 or greater.

    Special Notes
    As stated above, the script powering the website is 100% unique. No other site is using it. It is and was not a free script. Unfortunately I don't know any traffic details because it's not on my server [yet], but if the site doesn't sell soon I'm going to be moving it to my server. Then, I will definately be able to provide traffic information.

    The domain is registered at RegisterFly, which means a free push to the buyer's account. I am accepting offers of $100 or greater ONLY. I am in no rush to sell this, and may not even sell it. I am under no obligation to sell it, either. However, I'll make an instant buy price of $250.
