I'm selling http://prizerebelforums.com/ because PrizeRebel made an "official" forum and the community aspect at my forum has gone down. It used to be that people were always chatting and stuff but now the community seems dead (although traffic from search engines is still coming).

All the content is unique and we've been good about banning spambots.

You can see live traffic stats here: http://techgeeks-online.com/ana/

My revenue is so low because noone clicks on ads (they're hidden to registered members right now).

This is a screenshot of the statistics in the ACP:

The forum ranks on the first page of Google for the term prizerebel and that's a term with lots of competition. You can see other search terms in the traffic stats.

One more thing, I have no idea why the PR is high and the backlinks so low but it's been like this for a long time. Before this last PR update several months ago it was PR4.

    :) Any questions?

One more thing - I'm not very familiar with trading here but I'm very trusted on other sites. Unless you are very trusted here you're going first with this trade.

Haha dude you mentioned all the reason not to buy the site.

Include about the good side of the site.

I wish you all the best.

Thanks. I'm just trying to be honest about the site. I don't want someone to buy and to be disappointed.
