Hi rapidload, actually I'm not satisfied with my proxy speed, can you do something about it (like transfer my account to your hoboproxy server) or else I would like to ask for a refund. I sometimes can't access my website at all I already advertise and make servey about my proxy site and they all seem not very happy with my site Hope you can do something about this...

Like Sg above I would either like an increase in server speed or a refund by the end of the day, I can barely access my site much less do I expect others to surf using it. Thank you.

i got email with the new password but still there downtime and my site is really slow i cant even access my sites

Found two people like this. What a shame, people if your proxy is powerful, do the right thing, buy yourself a dedicated server!

but no new passwords new email

No prob... btw all of you will notice speed increasing as I attempt to return to full speed. And of course as stated in my e-mail I'll make sure you all get 1 free month at my expense

EDIT: I encourage everyone to check their sites, and let me know of ANY speed problems.

 

Eh may I know who you are?? Also the problem has been solved? My proxy is fast right now but dunno why it will be slow at night... but anyway hope the problem is over
