Privileges Lost

    Hi everyone,
    I seem to face an issue today due to Privileges have been lost. We have 5 employees that have admin rights but today I have got up to the privileges been lost and as the main administrator I also am not able to access the security part of OptiGold to fix this issue. Is there a back door of some kind or is there a way to manually change the settings for the privileges. I dont use this program personly so any help would be greatly appricated... ;)

    If no employee has access to edit employees, you can log in with the username of "Users" and the password of "Groups" and it will take you to the Edit Employees screen. Keep in mind this will ONLY work if no employees have access to edit employees.
