    How about a count of the number of days ago that we received or sent a PM? You have a similar type of thing next to each thread.

    This would mean members won't need to do calculations in their head to figure out if their private messages will be deleted automatically any time soon.

    I just download the csv once a month and archive it...that way I never lose one

    It already groups them... for example "Today, Yesterday, Last Week, Last Month, etc."
