Private messages - spam

A couple of times lately I've received what I can only describe as spam in my private messages inbox. Is this acceptable on DP? If not, would a member be banned for spamming other members?

 

Just ignore and Forward the SPAM PM to any of the online mods, which can be found here : http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showgroups.php

 

Yeha, Spam private messages come alot. I just dont read them and i delete them when it piles up..

Like esidyo said forwarding a thread to a mod will do. Generally after a few hours the spammer is banned. No worries and hopefully no harm done
