   I had an employee sign up here recently and she tried to PM someone but it made her wait 6 hours before she could send another private message.
   
   Is there a limit put on the account for a certain time frame, or do you have to make x amount of posts before that restriction is lifted.

   Time restrictions between private messages keeps new members from flooding DP with spam. As member matures into the system, he/she will find less stringent restrictions.
