Private Messages deleted

    I logged in to fetch product registration information (bought from DP user) from my private messages, only to find out that they are deleted.

    Is there a way to get deleted messages back? I did not have the info saved anywhere else.

    Unfortunately I don't think you can recover them and they do this because the servers get too full, that's why they give you the option to download them.

    Do you have an e-mail notification of that message ? That might be one way for you to get what the message contained....

    I doubt anyone will go into the DB and recover it for you. It's pretty much irretrievable.

    I think you are out of luck. The email notification does not show the whole PM just that you have one. A good lesson for the future, never rely on online storing or important information, always keep a hard copy of it.
