Feedback Private messages automatically deleted after 90 days

Hi,

I was looking for a PM which I got sometime back but I was shocked to find out that it is gone. It says "messages 90 days old are automatically deleted". What kind of policy is that?? Why would the system automatically delete my messages? What if I want to keep some messages? Is there a way I can change it to manual deletion?

You should be aware and following the rules and policies of the forum. That's what you do a tick mark and accept that you would read and follow forum rules. What's the point if now you complain because you are not of aware of policies. And i think the message "Inbox contains XX messages (automatically deleted after 90 days)" is clearly visible. you must have ignored it.

 

i have the PM's delivered in my email too, its archived there forever, try using that.
