Private Message Through PM?

    I had the highest bid in this auction:

    However when I ask for Payment Details I get this message back

    It's been over 24hours since the auction ended and he never stated how high the private bid was.
    Seeing that I won with a pretty low offer and the fact that he never posted anything about the offer during the auction, makes me suspect that he just made the private offer up.

    Could anymod please check for me if he's actually telling the truth about the private bids?
